We stayed at a deluxe queen studio and had the best time exploring nearby beaches. The family running the place were super friendly and even shared tips on local attractions. Breakfast was delightful, and we loved having a view of the ocean.

In my kids' opinion, the bathroom could use some updates.

Woke up to the smell of warm pastries that Leeza made herself. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like home and the hospitality from Telly and Ed was unmatched.

However, the room was a bit snug, and the noise from the nearby street occasionally interrupted our peaceful nights. Still, the charm outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Staying at Sea Breeze Inn was quite pleasant. The inn's warm atmosphere welcomed me immediately. The owners, Leeza and Telly, always made me feel at home. The breakfast menu each morning had several delicious options. Ed, the breakfast server, was attentive and friendly. Location was perfect. just a short drive to Newport attractions. My room had a nice balcony, but the view wasn't very scenic. I would have preferred a second floor room for better views. The road noise was noticeable during the day, but it calmed down significantly at night. I wished for more comfortable seating on the balcony to soak up the view. Honestly, the slight inconveniences didn’t overshadow the great service and the charming vibe of the inn. I would consider returning and may try a suite next time for more space.

Had an amazing time with friends here! We explored the nearby beaches and took a stroll along the Cliff Walk, both were awesome. The room was comfortable, and I really appreciated the delicious breakfast. Just a heads up, it can get a bit noisy since it's on a busy road, but nothing too distracting.
